amazing dealership was able to negotiate, test drive the car, and look at everything and then walk out the door with the car , don’t remember his name but he sold me the 2012 toyota rav 4 was such a sweet guy

After many months of saving, planning, getting ready and looking everwhere (Norman, Moore, OKC) I narrowed it down to only about 3 places but this ranked first to check out after a little vetting online and a decent vibe and I was immediatley met with what I was I hoping for. Very friendly, basically neighborly and I filled them in with what I looking at and we got straight to it at my pace (Inspected the vehicle for a while alone and it was as advertised with small, no problem faults a pic won't reveal, leagues above marketplace though). I've purchased through a large dealership before too and even with a bank loan squared away it took several hours, sitting and waiting, the run around, over the top staff, all that. Here it was no theatrics, just real straight forward. I had some issues with my card having a limit I wasn't aware of (of course haha) and they worked with me above and beyond. In the end we made it happen after contacting my bank the next day. I've given a few months before I posted this and I'm still happy with my purchase, thanks guys!

I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Wheels of Norman two weeks ago and I could not have had a better experience! I spent a lot of time and effort looking at which vehicles I was interested in and almost as long looking at car dealer reviews. I had Wheels of Norman at the top of my list thanks to their reviews and location; I’m so glad I did. Mr. Ed Paxton (Inventory Specialist) made me feel like I was making a new friend while buying a car. Our conversations were straightforward, clear, and honest. I found my car and Ed helped me get it for the price that worked for me. Zero issues, great experience, no bs, and great treatment. Thanks so much, I really love my car!

This is a great dealership! No pressure and they aren't concerned when you want to have a mechanic look at the vehicle before buying like some other dealerships. Will definitely be buying another vehicle from here in the future!

Honestly this is probably one of the best if not the best used car dealers I’ve ever been to. Was looking for a cheap vehicle to commute with since my truck died and I’m so glad they were my first pick as I was able to find the perfect car for me, work out the financing, and drive out the lot all within a week! They include a free carfax report for their entire inventory on their website so no need to worry about transparency like other dealers, these guys are simply just amazing and honest people! If you’re looking for a cheap and reliable used car please give them a look, I promise you won’t regret it!

On a very cold day, I visited at their opening hours to check out a vehicle I had my eye on. I was met by a friendly face and encouraged to "kick the tires" without any normal salesman type "pressure". I inspected my new vehicle, test drove it, and bought it in a very short time period. It has been over a month since my new ownership, and have been very satisfied with my purchase and continued communication with Wheels of Norman.

Had our first experience with Matt at Wheels of Norman this past Saturday. While we didn't purchase one of his vehicles, I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was very affable, considerate, transparent, and very accommodating. I would feel confident buying a vehicle from them and I will definitely look to them in the future when looking for other vehicles for our family.
